I had been having neck pain for the last year with no relief from PT. Decided to look for a chiropractor and had received several recommendations for Dr. Cullen. Dr. Cullen was able to diagnose the problem and explained his treatment plan. I was very impressed with his knowledge and felt totally confident in his care. It was a wonderful feeling waking up one morning with no more pain. I would highly recommend this practice and everyone in the office is very friendly and efficient.
My boyfriend has been complaining of significant low back pain for some time now so I suggested he see a chiropractor. He has a pretty physical job and lifts heavy weights on a regular basis. We found Dr. Cullen through the BCBS portal, did some research and decided to go with Advanced Chiropractic. I was able to get him a new patient appointment the same day I called and he walked out feeling great! He said Dr. Cullen was very knowledgeable and so helpful to him as well as his support staff. By far the best! Dr. Cullen genuinely cares about his patients, he helped me get back to normal after a severe disc injury playing ball. Any athletes in the DMV area look no further, Dr. Cullen literally has your back. Highly recommend 10/10! Since then, I have exclusively been going to see Dr. Cullen for all of my chiropractic needs. I highly recommend their practice because they are not "get in, get out doctors" that will try to sell you some plan of adjustments. They truly care in your health and their goal is to NOT see you in the office.

Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Cullen grew up in Laytonsville, Maryland spending most of his childhood playing a variety of sports until he attended Salisbury State University to play baseball. Dr. Cullen graduated from Salisbury in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He then shadowed the former owner of this practice for 1,000 hours before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida Campus in 2016. After graduating with honors from Chiropractic school in 2019, Dr. Cullen took a job here as an associate for two years and is now the sole owner of the practice. Having suffered from a torn ACL and ruptured disc in the lower back resulting in severe sciatica, Dr. Cullen understands what it takes to recover from and avoid major surgeries through chiropractic care and physical therapy.
I know the frustration of bouncing between doctors and treatments, waiting for imaging results and diagnosis. I want to fix that for every patient that walks through my door.
